A game designed based on famous cartoon character Dora for educational purpose.  A treasure hunt game for revising the chapter 'Water' in class 8 chemistry.

Cottonhill days 20/1/2020 - 24/1/2020

This was our final week of internship and we had many programmes during this week.  Two innovative works were presented before students of 8th std.  Also a science drama was shooted for my project work.  ConscientisaCoionConscientization programme on sexual abuse was also conducted for 9th std students.  On the last day of internship we presented a book for school library as a token of love and gratitude.

                 

Conscientization programme on sexual abuse

As part of our B.Ed curriculum we have organized a conscientization programme on  'sexual abuse' for class 9 students in Govt. Girls H S S, Cottonhill on 23 January 2020. It was a one hour programme. We a group of 4 conducted the programme. The programme was inaugurated by the concerned class teacher Mrs. Mercy kutty. It included a video and a news paper collage which enhanced the class. The main objective was to give an awareness on sexual abuse and the ways to prevent it. The feedback and response from students indicated that the programme was relevant and successful.

Cottonhil days 13/1/2020 - 17/1/2020

I have done my project work on this week.  Classes were taken as per the allotted periods.  School band team bagged prizes in inter school band competition.  So there was a special assembly on 16th january to appreciate them

Cottonhill days 6/1/2020 - 10/1/2020

After christmas vacation  we joined back the school this week.  Ancy teacher came for class observation on 7th January  in class 9J where I took physics class.  There was PTA meeting for high school students on 10th January 2020

Christmas examinations for students started in this week and we all got some examination duties. 

Cottonhill days 2/12/2019 - 6/12/2019

This was an intense week for students and teachers in the school as there is revision tests are going on in prior of christmas exam. Neena teacher came for class observation on 3rd December 2019 in 8F class.  Also there was a prize distribution ceremony for the winners of state kalolsavam and state level sports events in the school during this week. Some prize winning performances were there on stage.  On 6th December 2019, I along with Gayathri R took a class on the solar eclipse for 8th std students  and it mainly focussed on upcoming annular solar eclipse of 26th December.  The response for the class was very nice.
